At this moment I am still waiting for a confirmation of delivery date. I have already sent several mails but always get the answer that I have to be patient. The official delivery period is normally within 10 days, but after 29 days of order confirmation I have not even received a delivery date. I regret the way of customer service in case of delivery problem.
