It's a really good bike, it goes fast, it's very strong, support does take some time to answer but they do help. Only issue that i have and is still unresolved is that my front wheel has a wobble and it came like that. Even after re-seating it, tightening the bolts better or even loosening them, the issue is still there. Most likely problem with the front wheel, maybe bent or the front wheel engine is not correctly alligned. At high speed over 30km/h you can feel the wobble in the bar and this bike is brand new.

Très bon vélo, attention ce vélo est grand, pour des personnes de moins de 1,75m prendre un autre modèle, je mesure 1,82m cela me convient. Le montage final est facile. j'avais demandé la notice au vendeur, je l'ai reçu immédiatement par mail.

Super rapport qualite/prix. Montage simple, tout est bien emballe. Les materiaux sont de bonne qualite, le cadre est robuste. Les deux moteurs offrent une vraie puissance, les accelerations sont franches. Le velo monte facilement les cotes. La batterie 48V 30Ah tient tres bien la charge, parfaite pour les longues sorties. Double suspension tres confortable, meme sur chemins abimes. Je recommande vivement ce fatbike !
