Twisting the red knob on the right shoulder of the front suspension can unlock or lock the suspension system. Turning the red knob counterclockwise will unlock it, and turning it clockwise will lock the suspension. There will be no shock absorption effect after locking.
The yellow arrow on the left side of the picture refers to the dust cover, not the adjustment knob. Turning this knob will not have any effect on the adjustment of the front suspension. Only the knob circled in red can adjust the front suspension.
